❗Please be mindful of rules, signs, and school property as we are CFISD guests. We would expect the same positive, polite, and respectful behavior from our visitors.

⏰ Morning Timeline:

• 6:50 AM – ✅ Swimmer Check-in Begins
• 7:20 AM – 🔁 Swimmer & Volunteer Check-in Deadline
• 7:45-8:00 - 🦈🏊Sharks Warm-ups
• 8:00 AM – ⏱️ Timer/Scribe Meeting (All Shifts)
• 8:25 AM – 🇺🇸 National Anthem
• 8:30 AM – 🚦Meet Begins immediately following the National Anthem

📊 Volunteer Shifts:
• Shift 1: Events 1–30
• Shift 2: Events 31–56
• Shift 3: Events 57–86

✅ Swimmer Check-In:
Arrive by 6:50 AM
Must be checked in by 7:20 AM — NO EXCEPTIONS.

⛔ Late check-ins may be scratched from the entire meet.

🏊♀️ Coaches will be set up on the far side of the pool deck near the windows.

❗If you need to change RSVP declaration after the Wednesday deadline, please email your coaches immediately.

Volunteers and Volunteering:

**COMPLETE YOUR VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT & SIGN-UP ASAP if you have not done so already.**

Since this an invitationals meet, there will be THREE Volunteer shifts during the meet. Volunteers need to check-in with your Volunteer Coordinator, immediately after you’ve checked in your swimmer(s) for the meet. Our Volunteer Coordinator will be located next to the swimmer check-in. If you are volunteering in a position you have never done before, you will be put in contact with the right person to get you situated in your duties.

🍽️ Concessions:
A variety of food trucks will be on-site with breakfast & lunch options, including:
🍔 Burgers • 🌮 Tacos • 🍳 Breakfast items • 🥤 Smoothies • 🍧 Sharky's Sno-Cone & More!
💳 Accepting card, cash, and tap-to-pay.

🎒 What to Bring:

✔️ Suit, Cap, Goggles

✔️ Towel, Sharpie, Cover-up

✔️ WATER, Snacks

✔️ Chairs for indoor setup

❗Please remind your swimmer that they need to be ready to swim when they come to the ready bench. Their swim cap should be on, robes/shoes off, etc. THERE IS NO ROOM AT BLOCKS FOR SHOES OR CLOTHES.

⛺ Team Setup Area:

We will be on the far end of the cafeteria from the entrance, closest to the ready bench hallway.

🧼 Please help us keep the area clean before, during, and after the meet!

👀 Spectator Info – How to Watch Your Swimmer:

🚷 NO spectator setup allowed inside the natatorium.
To watch your swimmer:

1. ✅ Enter the Natatorium through the spectator entrance
2. 🧭 Follow signs
3. 🚶♂️ Once your swimmer finishes, please head back out of the Natatorium to make room for other families

🗣️ Please remember:
• No food or drinks in the Natatorium
• No noise-makers or airhorns in the building
• Be respectful of space—rotate in and out of the stands so everyone gets a turn to watch

• ❌ Do NOT approach or question meet officials (white shirts/blue shorts)
• 🗣️ Any concerns must go through your coach - send a message to both of your Coaches through SportsYou
• 🎥 No video evidence allowed
• 🕒 20-minute protest window once official times are posted

🏅 Represent your team with pride!
No rough-housing, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated.
Violations can lead to disqualification and/or removal from the facility.
