Hey Sharks Families!!

Red White and Blue starts TOMORROW! Now that we have entries all finalized, we have the timeline:

• 1) Friday – 6:30pm – 9:00pm ESTIMATED
• 2) Saturday AM- 9:00am – 12:00pm ESTIMATED
• 3) Saturday PM – 1:00pm – 4:00pm ESTIMATED
• 4) Sunday AM – 9:00am – 11:30am ESTIMATED
• 5) Sunday PM – 12:30pm – 2:00pm ESTIMATED

The shifts are updated in the job signup.

We have a few more positions open. So for those of you (and even your teens), willing and able to volunteer, we have some raffles and awards to show our appreciation for all the help.

If your child is swimming, please consider signing up for that shift or if you are willing to come to a session where your child is not swimming, it would be greatly appreciated. If your teen either does not want to swim at the meet or has free time for the other sessions, please talk to them about considering signing up for one or more shifts.

Raffle 1 - for those signing up for 1 volunteer shift - includes gift cards to several local faves and other goodies

Raffle 2 - for those teens signing up for volunteer shifts - includes gift cards and other goodies just for teens

Raffle 3 - only for those signing up for multiple volunteer shifts - includes more gift cards to local faves, goodies & 1 free Sharks 2026 registration

Team USA is also offering awards for those volunteering

Please be aware United Swim Aquatics has an incentive of earning $50 credit per session that families volunteer for. This credit can be used toward swim team registration, swim clinics, and lessons. Talk to or email Coach Erick, at [email protected] for more details.

Attached are the qualifiers as of now (note that swimmers can also qualify at divisionals tomorrow). Sign-ups are due by this Sunday, the 15th. Individual entry fees are $10 per event. The team pays for all relay entry fees.

Volunteer sign-up for the Sharks is the same as for other meets. You will find it listed on our Sharks website under the Red White Blue Invitational. If you have any trouble signing up or have questions, please respond to this email or email Coach Erick.
