Good afternoon,

I just have a few additional details about our Divisionals Meet at Klein Collins HS tomorrow, June 14th. If you have not already read my previous email, please do so. There is a lot of important information.

Parking/Team Set-up:

Please see the attached detailed map to see where to set up and park. Reminder, do NOT park in the area labeled Reserved Parking.

❗The set-up area is limited due to this week's wet weather. Please plan to be cozy! We strongly encourage you to make friends and share tents. Space will be very limited. Make sure you bring tarps and mosquito spray.

Volunteers:

We have 4 job openings for this Saturday's meet. The openings are 1 tear down volunteer, 1 first shift head timers, 1 timer, and 1 Facility Monitor (must be female. Part of the job is to check the women's restrooms). If you have not yet signed up for a job this Saturday, please go do so now. 

If you are willing to go above and beyond (and bless you guys for that!!) and are willing to take an extra shift, sign up on our website or email Nora at [email protected].

❗Volunteers, make sure you bring your own water. It will not be provided.

Raffle: 💰💰💰

Now for a little fun! We will be playing "In It To Win It!". Funds from the raffle will support the Sharks team. The winner will win half of the total funds that are collected!! Who is ready to win some $$$? 💰💸🤑 Cash, Venmo, and Zelle will be accepted.
